Bethlehem Community Church is looking for a Children’s Ministry Leader to start in Term 1, 2025.
This is a part-time position of 20 hours per week.
The successful applicant will be coordinating our children’s ministry. This includes our Sunday morning programmes, Mainly Music and one-off events. Supported by a willing team, the successful applicant has the opportunity to grow these ministries within the church, while connecting to the wider community.
The successful applicant will have a Christian faith, be a good Christian role model and make Bethlehem Community Church their church home during their employment.

CHILDREN AND FAMILIES MINISTRY WORKER
HAWKES BAY
5 Hawkes Bay Presbyterian churches together are seeking a Children’s and families worker to lead in our outreach to and ministry with Children. 20 hours per week for an initial 2-year contract.
Key tasks include:
- Developing and supporting the Children & Family leadership teams in the parishes
- Running intergenerational services and events
Key attributes
- Proven ministry with Children and Families
- Proven experience in Mentoring leaders and building teams.
- We prefer some formal theological education.
- Ability to work with a cross section of churches.

The successful applicant will be coordinating our children’s ministry that includes our Sunday morning program, Messy Church, Mainly Music and one-off events. Supported by a willing team, the successful applicant has the opportunity to grow these ministries within the church while connecting to the wider community.
The successful applicant will have a Christian faith, be a good Christian role model and make Cromwell Presbyterian their church home during their employment.
This position is 30 hours per week.
